DISABILITY AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
For a long time now disability is associated with poverty forming a disability and poverty vicious circle, disability stereotypes and pre judgment of persons with disabilities basing on their disabilities being the main factor feeding the vicious circle. The Disability and Development Program is a cohort based training program where persons with disabilities are capacitated to become Disability and Development Ambassadors (DDA's), with the role to spread awareness on the disability concept, disability inclusion and the role played by persons with disabilities in development processes as well as promoting Sustainable Development and Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities in Tanzania.

By 2030 through this Program Winning Nature in Charisma aims to Empower more than 25,000 persons with Disabilities in Tanzania towards Inclusive and Sustainable Development using their Professions and Passion.

DISABILITY AND DEVELOPMENT MIN PROGRAM Is a sub program under the Disability and development main program (DDP) were we spread awareness on disability inclusion to mainstream organisations, service providers and institutions. Through this program Winning Nature in Charisma plans to reach more than 100,000 service providers allover the country by 2030, thus aiding an inclusive service provision basing on the needs of specific disabilities. As an organization we are open foritsel to work with different organizations, entities and institutions through collaboration and partnership towards the common goal of having a more disability inclusive society.
